Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Zicasso and this travel agency made our trip quite enjoyable and seamless. The guides and drivers they provided were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels we stayed in were modern and comfortable, with helpful staff that all spoke surprisingly good English.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the little local out-of-the-way places they set up for us to have traditional (very tasty) meals. Plitvicka jezera National Park was rather a long drive to get to, but was spectacular!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would buy the tickets to the Blue Cave at the harbor so we could go through the express line.

Also, after the tour of the city wall in Dubrovnik, we went to a very nice restaurant at the top of the gondola overlooking the city. It would have been nice to know that it is necessary to make a reservation to avoid a long wait for an outside table.
