Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to the arrangements made by our travel agency. We are all very happy and will carry fond memories of the trip. This pretty much covers all aspects that includes hotels we stayed in, the excellent tour guides that were arranged as well as the well planned scheduling of the places we visited. Our travel planners were very helpful in planning and customizing the trip. They were systematic, friendly and answered all my questions before the trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Easily, our excellent tour guides who took us around Paris and Lucerne. We will never forget them: Our guide who introduced us to Paris, our Eiffel tower guide, the guide who accompanied us to the Louvre and Versailles and last but not least, our guide who made our Lucerne trip so much more interesting. Each one of them was a friendly, pleasant, very knowledgeable and seasoned tour guide. And, wonderful people.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We were in Lucerne for three days. By the time we went there it was clear the weather was going to be bad (rain/snow) on the last day and that was the day we were scheduled to visit Mt Pilatus. Needless to say that was the only somewhat disappointing aspect of our trip. It would have been nice if we had the flexibility to adjust/re-arrange schedules to get the most of the three days there taking the weather forecast into account.
