Review: Luxury Family Trip to France & The UK, London, Paris, Louvre, Palace of Versailles

Zicasso referred us to this travel company for our family trip to London and Paris.  My husband, myself and our 18 year old daughter were traveling to visit our 19 year old daughter who was studying abroad in London the spring semester.  Our travel company was very quick initially reaching out to us and then we were referred to our tour designer for the planning of our trip.  Our end result was nice and our tour designer was very friendly, however, there were some "growing pains" during our planning.  Our tour designer was new and didn't have quick information or recommendations for us.  We had to rework our itinerary a few times due to tours not being offered when she originally planned etc...  Then she got the flu.  I would have hoped the travel company would have another agent take charge of our account during that time as we didn't hear from anyone for a week while she was ill.  Eventually, about 10 days before we departed, her mentor sent us our final itinerary and answered any remaining questions we had.  Our travel company did a great job scheduling drivers, transportation, planned high quality tours and selected hotels in fantastic locations with exceptional service.  On the front end I was a little disappointed with our agent's learning curve.  I understand we all need to start somewhere and this tour designer really is a lovely person.  However, for the amount of money, I expected a readily accessible higher knowledge base on London and Paris for a smoother, more professional planning process.
