This was our first time using Zicasso and this France travel agency. Our experience with both was wonderful and we would definitely use both for our future trips. Our agents were prompt, responsive and understood our requirements perfectly. Since we were looking for a low-key getaway, we weren't too keen on being bombarded with too much touristy information and recommendations. Our agency gave us the necessary guidance and support, without being overbearing. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they were able to adjust logistics, while we were on our trip and maintained constant communication about changes. The arrangements were impeccable, including the location where we were staying, the type of apartment that they found, and all the recommendations they had for experiencing the Parisian life.

We truly had a memorable trip and the arrangements made by our travel agency went a long way in making that happen.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

When we had planned our week long stay in Paris, we were very clear that we wanted to experience the city itself, rather than run through a checklist of sites to visit. Also, we were travelling with our 4-year old, and wanted to be able to do things at our own pace. The apartment we stayed at was in the heart of the city, and conveniently located in terms of public transport. In addition, since it was not peak tourist season, we spent a lot of time soaking in the local flavor of the city. We were fortunate to get great weather and also meet some wonderful local residents in the Marais area. Our favorite moments were walking around Paris. My 4- year old, she loved the Metro and all the attention she received from super friendly Parisians!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We knew we would love Paris, but didnt anticipate falling in love with the city! We would want to possibly do a longer trip next time, so we could explore the neighboring areas around Paris as well.
