Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with the planning and execution of our recent trip to Greece. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary, so it had to be special.

Anthony made it very easy for us to get the schedule and accommodations we requested. We just gave him the dates and the places we wanted to go and he did the rest. Since this was our first trip to Greece, it was very helpful to have details like airport transfers already taken care of. No hassles with cabs, fares, directions, or any other problems on the ground.

Our hotels were just right, and had the requested views we wanted. The travel agency's staff also made a number of valuable suggestions to us regarding restaurants and shopping in both Athens and on the islands.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There is no more beautiful place on earth than looking out onto the deep blue waters of the caldera at Santorini. Not only is the island gorgeous, it has a rich and interesting history. We enjoyed several unforgettable sunsets in Santorini, one on a sunset cruise arranged by our travel company.

The historical sights of Athens were also a memory to be treasured. Everyone should visit the Parthenon at least once in their lives.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If we had a do-over trip, we would probably stay in one place for a longer period of time. Although we saw a lot, when we left one location to go to another we always felt we hadn't seen or done everything we wanted to do in a particular location. We would also not visit Greece in August. It was very hot and humid.

We also felt a bit lost at times while on Santorini -- perhaps we didn't prepare well enough or ask enough good questions for directions.
