Review: Luxury Italy Family Vacation, Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Statue of David, Cooking Class, Gelato Making

The agency was great at helping us to plan an itinerary based on my family's particular interests and kids ages. The drivers and guides they arranged were all very professional and knowledgeable. When small issues came up the company was responsive and able to make changes for us. The 24 hour assistant in Italy was a real plus for last minute things that occurred. We had a wonderful family vacation that was custom designed with this travel agency-any minor issues that arose were taken care of very quickly and professionally. I would use them again. They have a much more inside view of Italy than an agency based in the US would since they are literally on the ground in Rome.

I was a little hesitant to use an agency new to Zicasso when I booked the trip, but really all was amazing. Hopefully we will be planning another trip and will use them.

Make sure you do a cooking class in Florence, and gelato making in Rome in addition to the usual tourist sights and museums if you go to Rome and Florence.
