My wife and I decided to go to Japan for our honeymoon and wanted our entire trip planned out to make the most of Japan. We wanted it to be tailored around food and the best experiences possible. We have travelled overseas quite a bit together, and with the utmost sincerity and objectivity, our travel agent created the most amazing trip we have ever experienced! Never have we experience such wonderful service and support. As food experts and having a genuine passion of Japanese cuisine, Our agent tailored a trip, within our budget, to ensure that we had the best food experiences. We stayed the most amazing locations that made access very simple.

From answering all email queries promptly and resolving all our concerns, to be very proactive in ensuring every facet of our trip was perfect, our agent ensured that our trip was truly memorable. Examples of this proactivity included: meeting with us at the beginning to welcome us, explain our itinerary in great detail and was even kind enough to give us an extremely thoughtful gift. He instructed all the restaurants and hotels we visited to ensure our honeymoon was magical and as such all went the extra mile with gifts ands surprises. 

He tailored the trip so that we could do everything we wanted from having dinners at 3 Michelin star restaurants, spending time eating at the markets, staying and enjoying a private ryokan and onsen, and having time to explore the cities, whilst minimising travel time.
