This was my first time using Zicasso and this travel agency, and it was beyond my expectations. Our agent designed the trip for myself and my 15 year old son and the hotels, and tours were exactly right for us. The guides she chose were also exceptionally friendly and made a great difference in our experience. I will absolutely use them again if I choose to do another trip.

I was very happy with my experience and will use Zicasso for my next trip abroad.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved Sevilla and the hotel we stayed at which was right near the center of town. The guides there were very warm and friendly and perfect to keep my 15 year old engaged while looking at historic sites.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would spend more time in Sevilla and the surrounding areas.
