Wow, what a wonderful travel agent.  She crafted a once in a lifetime three-and-a-half week trip to New Zealand and Australia.
Our travel agent is a great listener, so she planned a trip that exceeded our expectations in every way.  She made sure we enjoyed stops and activities that we wanted, as well as recommended some outstanding ones that we added to our itinerary.  She communicated well and, because she is located in New Zealand, during our trip she was readily available and responsive when we had questions or requested changes to our itinerary.
Our travel agent owns this travel company and she personally handled all of our interactions. We were not handed off to an associate
