Review: Luxury South America Trip, Argentina, Columbia, Buenos Aires, Patagonia, El Calafate, Iguazu Falls, Glaciers & Wildlife

We started out planning our trip ourselves until we stumbled upon Zicasso and began reading reviews for this travel company.  We decided to reach out to the company to get their feedback.  From the first conversation with our agent we felt he understood what type of trip we wanted and never tired to steer us into something that did not appeal to us.  We usually prefer private tours and a more intimate travel experience and with our agent's help we got just that.  We had wanted to cover a lot of ground while in Argentina and with our agent's help and guidance he was able to help organized our inter country flights and itinerary to enable us to see everything we wanted and it all ran smoothly.  What made this company even more impressive was the personal attention our agent gave during the entire trip.  The morning we arrived in Buenos Aries after a red eye flight, we walked to a cafe near the hotel and midway through our breakfast, our agent arrived to check in on us and to meet us personally.  He walked all around the neighborhood looking for us and eventually found us.  We instantly felt like we had a friend in Buenos Aries.  In addition, the three persons in our party at any one time ended up sick and he checked in on us, changed reservations for us, just continued to follow up with us no matter where we were in Argentina.  We felt like he truly cared about our well being.  The service provided was far and above anything we had every experienced with other travel specialists.
