We're glad you enjoyed your trip overall and apologize that these issues though they did not impact your trip, did upset you. Please let me explain the issues you experienced to absolve any lingering confusion there may be.
 
We understand the inconvenience it must have caused during your Paris check-in, but we clearly ask travelers to re-confirm any flights listed on their itinerary before departure, also check on required visas and visa documentation, and other important details. For any Bangkok arrivals, we do also provide an escort upon arrival to assist with any transfers or immigration.
 
For the flight connections from Myanmar to Cambodia, we typically never schedule our travelers for three flights in a row, two of which originated in Myanmar, and one connecting through to Cambodia, for a 12-hour+ day in transit. More importantly, a delay anyone one of these flights, which is common, would impact your trip. However, you requested to continue on the evening flight anyway, and we booked the flight while absorbing the cancellations costs of the hotel and flight without issue.
 
Vietnam visas are processed upon arrival, with any visa charges collected by immigration authorities in a secure area of the terminal. We can neither pre-pay nor control what they charge. There was no offer of dinner for this. We always treat our travelers to dinner at some point in their trip.  
 
In terms of communication, I apologize that I did not call during your trip. I did send over half-dozen messages but never received a response back from you. However, our local managers called you on a daily basis to check-in and updated everyone on your trip, which everyone monitors, including myself.
