Our agent was fantastic and a perfect match for my wife and I on our recent trip to Spain.

We spent a lot of time planning the trip, hotels and activities.  Getting to know our preferences and designing a custom journey for us was his goal and he worked hard to achieve this.  He provided excellent guides, balanced with free time at each destination

He was available at all times by email and even reminded us to turn the clocks ahead one hour.  When we decided to change our itinerary to see the caves in Nerja he responded immediately and took care of it. I felt like I was traveling with my own concierge.  Our private drivers were always exactly on time and extremely helpful.

We had a great time in Spain over the two weeks we were there and owe a great deal to our agent for making it fantastically interesting as well as removing any anxiety one sometimes has when traveling in a foreign country.
