Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our trip was magical and everything that we could have hoped for!

The travel company worked closely with us from the very beginning. They were easy going, pleasant, and attentive. They tailored our trip to fit our requests and checked in with us along the way. They were available and responded quickly. We would love to use them again and highly recommend their services.

We loved our trip and overall experience. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

1. We absolutely LOVED the massages and our time in Karlovy Vary. I am thrilled that we spent one night there in order to experience it. We ended up having dinner at the hotel Grand Hotel Pupp and they were absolutely amazing! The Hotel itself was spectacular. The staff there was thoroughly helpful and kind.

2. We also really enjoyed the Mozart concert at the Kursalon! We were right in the front row which made it feel almost like a private concert!

3. Our time in the Wachau Valley was heavenly. The food and wine tour was a great finish to our trip.

4.Our tour guides were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was top-notch and pleasant. They also made sure that we went to locations that made us really experience local culture and life. We did have one tour guide in Vienna that was difficult to understand and veered off subject too frequently, but we addressed this with the travel company and they are handling it.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wish that we could have spent more days in Prague. There were definitely things (the Jewish section of town for example) that we weren't able to see simply due to a lack of time. This was really due to our inability to stay longer though and no fault of the travel company.

We packed a lot into a short amount of time. I wouldn't change any of that though. I'm thrilled that we got to see everything that we did.

Next time we'll try to build in more time to our overall trip!
