Review: Luxury Vietnam Tour, Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang, Halong Bay Cruise, Mekong Delta, Cu Chi Tunnels

We were very happy with the services provided by our travel agent and his company.  We had a 10 day trip to Vietnam, we found this agent through Zicasso, and were quite pleased with the way it all worked out.  He was incredibly responsive, answered our e-mails day and night (since we were 12 hours off).  He made changes last minute, and answered our questions throughout our trip (i.e. how much to tip our guides).  All flights were booked conveniently and our guides were at the airports to meet us.   Everyone was always on time, and spoke pretty good english.  The hotels were just about the nicest that I have ever stayed in, and well located for things that we wanted to do in each city.  We really have no complaints.  Our travel agent even met us at the airport to say hello, we felt like he was our friend after all our correspondance.
