Our trip was extremely well organized and customized. The agents were accessible and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Zicasso and will use them again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our guide in Rome, our guide who led us through a super fun gelato class, and our guide in Switzerland who went above and beyond to end our trip wishing we could stay longer.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have had less guided excursions....and explored both Zermatt and Lake Lucerne on our own.
