The trip was absolutely a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  For a six week vacation across three countries, our agent did an amazing job, particularly since we started planning with her only eight weeks before departure.  She is an absolute expert on Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands.  Her recommendation to visit Aitutaki was spot on as a way to end our holiday.  We even met our agent in person when she took time out of her evening to have a drink with us while we were in her hometown of Nelson, NZ.  It was also nice to know that she and her team were always available by phone or text during our travels.
