Review: New Zealand Family Vacation, Queenstown, Wellington, Picton, Christchurch, Greymouth, Wai-o Tapu Thermal Pools, Hobbiton

We loved Hobbiton and found the staff very friendly and supportive. Wai-o Tapu thermal wonderland was very fascinating. We travelled from Wellington to Picton on a calm day on the ferry which was like a mini cruise with beautiful views. The Tranz Alpine train trip from Christchurch to Greymouth was also  fabulous with spectacular scenery. The day trip to Milford Sound including coach ride and cruise was a highlight. The team at the dolphin tour company at Kaikoura were super friendly and went out of their way to give us all a fabulous experience and the dolphins were very playful and wonderful to watch and be with. The Skyline Gondola, Dinner and Kiwi Haka was another highlight of our trip with amazing views. We really enjoyed the cruise and lunch at Queenstown which was very authentic with wonderful scenery,  lovely food and friendly staff.    We enjoyed visiting waterfalls and lookouts in our travels. New Zealand is a very beautiful country.
