New Zealand

Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Best service we have had so far in our travels, and we travel a lot.

Our travel company worked with us on a custom itinerary that fitted our interest.

The person who worked with us was helpful, respectful, and speedy in response.

We had weather conditions that cancelled two of our tours. Understandable for New Zealand weather. The refunds were prompt and accurate. No obstruction at all.

The cooperative design of the trip with us was the best part.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The sites that combined New Zealand scenery and Lord of the Rings locations.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Now that we know some details, we would do it slightly differently, and will research more into weather conditions and perhaps allow more time at each stop.
