Review: Peru Family Vacation, Lima, Cusco, Amazon, Lake Titicaca, Machu Picchu

I would skip the visit to El Carmen on the way back from Ica to Lima. Not memorable to us at all! I might have spent less consecutive days in the high altitude or would have taken some medication. By the end of our seven nights in high altitude I was really feeling it. I never really adapted to it. I would have stayed at a different hotel in Cusco. Although it was a very cute hotel in the San Blas area which we loved, the hotel was very cold and the hot water questionable.
