Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was very enjoyable for the whole family. It included my two adult sons who had different interests and preferences but everything went seamless and worry-free, yet we were given some flexibility to tweak our itinerary to do things that we would like to do. For example, one day we wanted to change the restaurant they reserved for us for lunch to a different place that we just found out very interesting, and our local guide contacted the office and had them change the reservation within one hour. That is a kind of service we got throughout our trip - quite different from the services we get from other large group tours. It was well worth the little extra money that we spent for the customized personal tour with this company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most enjoyable part of our trip was the companionship of some local guides that we had. The large part of our trip through Cuzco, Macau Picchu and Sacred Valley, we had the same two tour guides and one driver and they were truly likable, friendly, and quite knowledgeable with the sites that they took us to. In several cases, they went out of their way just to make us to enjoy our trip and I really appreciate them got that,. At the end of trip, we felt like saying goodbye to our close friends!one thing that I did not like during

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The one thing that I did not like during while booking this trip was the fact that some hotels that I was We were getting when I paid deposit turned out unavailable for us later, so we had to pick different hotels which turned out one was excellent and the other was not good. I would appreciate much if the tour company can confirm the availability of hotels right before making the payment so that there wouldn’t be a surprise later. One other thing that I would do differently for future trip like this will be finding out more about the pre-arranged restaurants so that I can choose the restaurants that I really want to try.
