Overall service is excellent. 

At planning stage, I admire your prompt response and suggestions.  You are the only travel agent meets my requirement and this is the reason we select you.

During our trip, we received very good service in most of the places we visit especially in Cusco.  The guy is very nice and responsible.

However the city tour in Lima on June 18 is very bed.   Please don't send your customer to join that city tour again.

Overall hotel arrangement is good except hotel in Lima and Cusco could be improved.  Hotel in Lima is below standard for a 3 stars hotel while there are a lots of different choice.  Also the hotel location and room condition in Cusco is no good.  Also below standard as 3 stars hotel.
