Review: Solo Family Heritage Trip to England & Iceland, Chester, Mineral Lake, Anlwich Castle, Church of St Mary, Art & History

The first day should be just relaxing to catch up on Jet Lag.   Any tour should not start until after a day of rest or  the second day.

I would want to make sure there is plenty of  time to enjoy where you are at.    Sometimes you want to stay longer in one place and end up rushing the next to get to the other places of interest.

If you have or hire a guide,   understand what your guides responsibilities are and what yours are.   Both need to be on the same page.  

I do not recommend renting a car and trying to get to where you want to go.   It is recommended that if you are going to want to see a place outside of the major cities or area, you use the local transportation on getting their or a private driver,  tour guide to get you their if you are not an experienced traveler.   The headaches if you don't understand the laws and ways of the lands.  

Go with the understanding that not everything in not going to be perfect,  understand you will have experiences you have to laugh at  and smile at even if they are not perfect.   when over seas or away from you comfort place or zone,  the language will be different,  the people will be hard to understand, and  ASK if you are not sure,  Most everyone in England was willing to help you.   ( In England go or using the Underground was fun,  My last was to get from England to Marlow.   I did not know where or how to use system,  I asked a couple of ladies and they told me to follow them and they got me to my last stay.
