This travel company was a reputable, professional, and reliable company. This travel agent helped me book a fantastic vacation, only 3-4 weeks before my departure date. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and expertise of the country, her recommendations and bookings, and overall customer service. I have already recommended her/the company to my friends.

She booked the trip of a lifetime just by talking to me initially to hear about the things I wanted to do and what I was looking for. I did a bunch of domestic flights between cities, and the air travel and hotel transfers were punctual and on-time in each location. In addition, the accommodations were all very good and met my needs.

I can’t thank her enough!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I enjoyed all of it - seeing different places throughout the North and South Islands. The White Island Volcano Helicopter Tour was a highlight and unforgettable. Milford Sound and the safari of the Scenes outside of Queenstown was memorable. At the last minute, I also went hang gliding in Queenstown, which was breathtaking.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wouldn’t do anything differently for my first visit, but I would definitely have a return visit. I would rent a car for a portion of the trip, visit some of the wine country, go to Bay of Islands, and do the Canopy tour outside of Rotorua.

I learned that I prefer smaller tours and private tours versus large group, bus tours. Also, I would probably add an extra day or two with no tours booked to explore a bit more on my end.
