Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a travel company or with a trip overall. Before the trip, my travel company listened carefully to what I wanted (both what I wanted to see and do and also what my general traveling style and priorities are) and customized a trip to meet all of it. I received a detailed final itinerary and all necessary documents ahead of time, including travel tips for Peru that made planning for weather, safety, staying healthy, tipping etc. very easy. 

I was invited to call or email the travel company agent at any time during the trip, and any email I sent was responded to promptly. This was my first time using Zicasso, and it's so reassuring to have an in-country contact when going to a new place. 

Once I arrived in Peru, every transfer went smoothly and every driver, transfer agent, and guide was a great combination of knowledgeable and care-taking. Extra special thanks to my guides in Lima and Cusco!
