Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

My husband and I agreed that this was the best trip we have ever been on and we owe that to our safari travel agency. Every detail of our trip was seamless and often exceeded our expectations. Our agents were so knowledgeable about the region and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. We wish they could plan all of our future travel!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

While there were several unforgettable parts of our trip, the farm-to-table luxury hotel where we stayed in the Winelands was incredible. We couldn't believe the value; booking direct would have been well outside of our budget.

Our agents had shared information with all the accommodations ahead of time so we were always getting small surprises - a welcome gift or bottle of champagne, a private dinner while on safari, etc.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We wouldn't change much! I may have opted to upgrade our safari accommodations slightly. The lodge where we stayed is about to close down for renovations so there were some parts of the room that were in need of repair.
