We enjoyed walking around the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires, viewing its beautiful architecture and especially visiting its famous cemetery.  While in Mendoza, we had very enjoyable visits to local wineries, and especially appreciated the arrangements made by our agent to find us a knowledgeable local guide/driver.  The recommendations we received from our travel company for local restaurants were very helpful.
