Review: Southeast Asia Tour, Cambodia, Vietnam & Laos, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Halong Bay Cruise, Angkor Wat

All of the hotels were excellent except for the hotel in Phnom Penh.  Several of the rooms/hallways had an odor, the pool was in a separate building and it was not as new/clean as the other places we stayed (which were fantastic).

Also we needed 3 pictures and specific amounts of cash to purchase a visa in each country.  We were able to get through without difficulty but we would have loved to have a bit more information about customs/immigration in each country.

I understand selecting the right hotels will contribute a lot to the success of any trip. I am happy to see that you are satisfied with most of my recommendations. This hotel received good feedbacks from our clients before. The hotel has two buildings on the same road, just opposite to each other. I tried to note with the hotel to book your room in the building with pool but this is subject to availability and it comes as “first-come first-serve” basis. Regarding the odor and their cleanliness, I have shared your comments with the hotel and strongly suggested them to have proper actions to improve these.

I also believed that you and Joette had many lovely moments in Indochina. Your good comments  has been well noted and shall actively recommend them to our future clients.
