Right from the start, our agent was extremely responsive, and available to discuss our trip over email and phone. Even though our agent is primarily located in Madrid, he made time whenever I wanted to speak over the phone, and answered all emails/questions within a day. He really created a trip itinerary based on our requests, and tried to get to know our likes/dislikes in order to better organize our trip.

We visited multiple cities in both Portugal and Spain, and had logistics to plan between all stops. All of our arranged private transfers, and travel details were spot on, and on time as well! We had smooth transfers between all cities, hotels, and airports.

The guides and contacts we had throughout the trip were also great. They were knowledgeable, good communicators, and had great passion for showing us around their countries/regions.

Our agent truly went above and beyond to help us through the trip. We added some last minute requests just a few days before the trip began, and he worked immediately to try and get those added for us. Restaurant reservations, winery visits, and organized tours were all taken care of promptly, and with a smile. Emails and requests send during the trip were responded to immediately.

Even when an item was left at the hotel after checkout (our own fault), our agent personally called the hotel and arranged to have the items shipped and returned.
