Which Country (Countries) did you visit on this trip?

Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

While two travel companys provided great service in their proposals, we chose this company and was that a great choice! They were very communicative throughout the whole planning and travel on a highly professional level. I felt all my needs (both for my elderly parents and ourselves) were addressed. I can't say enough about them and about Zicasso as well as they sent us two very good companies to work with in designing our personal travel plan.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The scenery was spectacular and particularly enjoyed travel to Torres del Paine, the cruise to see things we would not have been able to see without trekking (not on the agenda with elderly parents) and for my, the fly fishing day in the Lake district.

The hotels were great; both boutique and full service which is what we wanted.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

My husband and I would, with more adventure and journey into the back country, but if going this way with a mixed group again, no, we wouldn't.
