Working with this travel agency was an absolute pleasure. She bent over backwards to ensure my wife and I had the most pleasant experience and the utmost in luxury.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Being our first trip to Europe, we were stunned by the beauty in the architecture and the history abound. Of course, we were blessed with beautiful weather and vibrant fall colors in the trees. Each stop on our itinerary was enjoyable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would do different is in the flight from Brussels to Munich. Our agent had booked us a Light Economy fare so we ended up paying a considerable amount of money for our luggage on the spot. Had I fully comprehended this during the planning of the trip, I would have had her upgrade our flight to business or first class to avoid this hassle.
