My trip could not have been better had I written the script for it myself. This travel specialist was a pleasure to work with and was extremely attentive to all of our concerns. The hotels he selected for us were all beautiful and conveniently located to area attractions. The drivers were friendly and prompt and the guides for our excursions could not have been nicer and more professional. During the trip I was required to contact his emergency number once due to a mess up in the scheduling of a tour that was out of his control. He answered my call immediately and quickly resolved the problem to our utmost satisfaction. Our travel specialist also availed himself via "WhatsApp" should we have a question for him during our trip. This was a dream vacation and I credit our travel specialist for making it go as well as it did.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I wanted to take a side trip while in Sicily to Canicatti, which is the town where my grandparents came from. Given my lack of ability to speak Italian I was concerned about doing this with just a driver who's English may be limited. As such, our travel specialist made last minute arrangements for an amazing young man to accompany us on our day trip to Canicatti as our translator and guide. While we were there we experienced a series of amazing coincidences and, with the help of our guide, were able to locate and speak with descendants of my grandfather's brother, which essentially were my cousins. It was an exciting experience for all concerned and one that I will remember and talk about for many years to come. I credit our travel specialist and translator for making it happen; it was truly a special day!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Stay longer! This trip was so perfect there is nothing I would have changed about it other than perhaps extending it for a few more days.
