Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

All accommodations and arrangements exceeded expectations. Having private drivers and all arrangements made took all stress out of our travels. The travel agent was very responsive prior to and throughout our trip. While these luxury arrangements do make the trip a bit more expensive our group commented several times that every dime was worth the experience. We felt respected and looked after throughout our journey. Top notch experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

In Italy our best experience was a free day where we hired a driver through the travel agency and did an impromptu tour of Tuscany. Our driver was EXCELLENT, I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to spend a day 'on the fly'. He is very knowledgeable to Italy and the whole region. Our favorite day in Italy by far. When we return for another visit we will definitely request this driver as his english is very strong to match his energy and passion for the country/history.

We also spent several days in Switzerland where we enjoyed the beauty of the alps and several nice hikes using multiple forms of transportation. Two beautiful countries.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend more time in Tuscany region with our guide/driver. Another day in Florence, more time to relax and enjoy the area. We wanted an aggressive agenda to take in as much as possible but it did get exhausting by the end of the trip.
