We were seeking a unique adventure in Japan and this travel agency delivered more than we could have anticipated.
It was clear from our first call with our agent that there wasn’t a database that would spit out an itinerary. The approach was much more centered around co-creation. As architect and engineer, this agent was quickly able to understand who we were as individuals and as a result, crafted an itinerary unique to us, and only us. He listened and adapted throughout the process, encouraging feedback and demonstrating a true sense of collaboration.

We asked for off-the-beaten-path and our agent took us there via the company. He and his team were available to us throughout the trip and we even enjoyed a dinner together. It's clear that this agent's love and appreciation for Japan have inspired him to help others to see the depth and richness of its incredible culture.
