Review: Tour of Poland & Czech Republic, Krakow, Prague, Warsaw, Auschwitz

what made this trip enjoyable was that everything was handled professionally and efficiently.  Our hotels were all located in easy to walk to attractions and were very beautifully appointed.  We were given a schedule and our drivers and guides  were always on time and very knowledgeable.  They spoke English well and also went above and beyond with the tours.  A half day 4 hour tour often lasted much longer.   Krakow was a highlight and we enjoyed the beauty of the area, delicious food and the friendliness of the local people.  Zicasso did a superb job of planning the trip and we were even contacted by our agent halfway through to see how everything was going.  I would definitely use Zicasso again for my next trip.  Doris G.
