Review: A trip to Costa Rica, Arenal, Monteverde, Tortuguero, Wildlife, Nature

The view of Arenal from our hotel was breathtaking and the tour our travel planner arranged to the hanging bridges was fantastic.  However the hotel itself was filled with bus loads of tourists and walking off the hotel property was not recommended.  We were looking forward to the hot springs but the hot springs at the hotel came with a swim up bar and loud American music.  We would have preferred something smaller and closer to nature.   

No complaints about the service and responsiveness.  You made it easy.  We were amazed at how organized everything was -- all the tours and transfers were flawless.
