excellent   a guide or driver met us at each location on time and was very knowledgeable .All reservations were made tickets pre purchased and had many upgrades at the hotels.couldn't  have asked for more.Everyone was friendly and willing to help or deviate from the schedule when we asked.Vehicles were clean and new.this is the third time i used Zicasso and their associates.will use them again in the future.
