This travel agency helped us plan a most memorable trip to Scotland! Our initial contact set up a call with our agent, my husband and me to discuss the initial planning. Our agent took over the itinerary from that point and did a wonderful job.  She planned an itinerary that covered the areas of Scotland we wanted to see, reserved  lovely, comfortable accommodations, suggested activities and made sure we had dining reservations. She provided good information on activities so we could choose what we wanted to do. Our travel agent tweaked our itinerary many times throughout the planning. She was easy to contact before and during the trip and always friendly and pleasant.  

Our travel company arranged a personal driver. The driver did a great job! He was very personable and made our trip fun and memorable by suggesting additional or alternative activities, more scenic routes and good restaurants. He provided a lot of information about Scotlands past and present. Having a driver made the trip better.
