Thank you, Geoff, for your review. First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words and positive review. I appreciate your feedback regarding both the highlights and some negative experiences. The reviews our clients leave with Zicasso are exceptionally important to us, and we are grateful to hear about all aspects of the tour.

Regarding the change fees, you felt that they were “opaque.” The change fees are presented in both our Terms & Conditions, our Contract, and verbally. I’m sorry you felt the cost for changes was unclear. My understanding is that we did waive one or more of the change fees for you.

I’m also very sorry to read that the rental car you received was too small. That was, indeed, a difficult situation. Because of the COVID pandemic, the car rental companies had exceptionally limited availability on their rentals, as many of them were left with about 10% of their regular fleet. The car we reserved for you was the largest vehicle available at the time. I do apologize that you felt uncomfortable in it. This was a post-pandemic situation that we, unfortunately, had no control over. We always strive to do the absolute best for our clients, but in this particular regard, we simply had no other choices.

Regarding the amount of walking, it is sometimes difficult to estimate the experience, skill and fitness level of each traveler. We try to understand that level prior to booking walks for you. We are currently working on a chart to help us better understand the walking level of each traveler so that they are comfortable going on their walking tour(s).
