Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had THE MOST AMAZING TIME!!! It truly was the best experience that I don’t think we will be able to top! We are frequent travelers and usually like to plan our trips ourselves. Being that we knew nothing about South Africa, we decided to hire a travel agent for the first time and we are so happy that we did!! I would recommend anyone to the tour company for help planning their safari/South Africa trip!

The tour specialist from the tour company took the time to really understand everything that we wanted to see and do, preferred accommodations, how much we wanted to spend, etc... and they really hit everything on the head! They planned everything from start to finish (car services, car rentals, resort/hotels, regional flights, tickets) and sent a full detailed itinerary leaving nothing to question. All of our travel went flawlessly and what can sometimes be a stressful situation was completely stress free! With our busy work schedules and planning a wedding, it was so nice to not have to worry about a thing.

Thank you so much, tour specialist, for planning the most perfect honeymoon for us! It was an unforgettable experience and we hope to go back again someday.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The safari was magical!! The property we stayed at was beautiful and the staff there were the nicest people I have ever met in my life! It felt like they were our long lost family from the moment we got there and even only being there for 3 days it was sad to say goodbye to them. We saw the big 5 in the first day! Every drive we went on was full of excitement and watching the sun rise and set every day was so beautiful and peaceful.

Cape Town was great as well! What a beautiful city!! They have the most beautiful beach towns I have ever seen, and also the most beautiful winelands. We enjoyed walking around the waterfront and going to to Table Mountain (the tour company secured our tickets ahead of time, which saved us from hours of waiting in the ticket line). We explored outside of Cape town to Hermanus which was also amazing. We went Shark Diving there and saw some whales along the way.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would do different would be to go to Cape Town first, then Safari. The safari was so warm, relaxing, and peaceful and I feel it would be great to end the trip that way, but that is just a personal preference! Then again, we were lucky enough to see so many animals and so much action when we were there (which isn't always guaranteed), so I wouldn't have wanted changed that.
