This was truly the honeymoon of our dreams. It was such an incredible experience! We were able to enjoy all facets of South Africa and create so many wonderful memories together as husband and wife. So THANK YOU!
The overall experience of booking travel was incredibly seamless and easy. Our agent really exceeded all our expectations. She did such an amazing job! She was thoughtful with all her feedback, answered our five million questions, and so patient throughout the booking process. Through every iteration of the itinerary, she was always so happy to help! Even during our trip, she was available through WhatsApp to help with any questions or concerns. Her customer service was truly first-class and made us feel so comfortable with our travel and trip.
Overall, we cannot thank our agent and Zicasso for planning our honeymoon. It was something we will never forget and look forward to working on our next amazing trip in the future!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

As for our trip, it was again the best trip of our life. We were able to see all the beauty of South Africa. From Cape Town to Franschhoek to the safari, it was the best of all that the country had to offer.
Each of the accommodations were absolutely amazing. Our favorite places were the hotel in Hout Bay and the Game Reserve and we cannot wait to come back!

Hout Bay Hotel: The most beautiful location and outstanding service- we literally considered staying here for whole time in Cape Town
Capetown Hotel: Very central and lovely hotel grounds. Not the best accommodations since the customer service wasn't on par. Also Caroline got sick from the restaurant
Franschhoek Hotel: Perfect location and service! The room was so amazing with our little own patio- wish we spent more time in Franschhoek
Hoedspruit Camp: Loved the intimate setting and the accommodations really felt like we were sleeping in the bush! Service was also incredible
Private Game Reserve Camp: Truly a dream place. From the room to the staff, this place is THE place. Again we wanted to stay here longer

I really appreciated the detailed itinerary that was broken down hour by hour. It was so nice to have this around with us! The activities and restaurant reservations were also all great. Our favorite meal of the trip was La Colombe in Constantia! The food was out of this world and the overall restaurant experience was next level!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would go for a longer amount of time so we can have days to just chill!!!!
We would probably want to do the Cape of Good Hope Tour again because it was pouring rain and cloudy when we went so we couldn't get the views. Also would try to have some extra time to just spend at the beach.
