Our agent was knowledgable and complete, contacting us to get to know our preferences, sending us personalized itineraries.  She was available to help change our plans during the trip when some of our group decided they wanted to skip the scheduled activities.  All accomodations were top notch, and sometimes a bit extravagant.  The only glitches were with some of the transportation companies who made mistakes with rental cars, etc which she had no control over and is currently working on getting us refunded.
