 I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the trip from this travel agency.  They  designed the itinerary incorporating all my requests and always responded quickly to any questions or comments. There were many unique features included like a special dinner at the former Ambassadors house in Saigon and a gourmet brunch on a cruise on the Mekong river in Laos.  All the hotels were well located and extremely nice. All the guides were top notch being very knowledgeable. thoughtful. and  with a good command of  the english language. They were very responsive to any special requests and dietary concerns. The main office contacted me all along the way to make sure I was satisfied. This is a very well run company that created a trip for me that was a terrific value for the price. I was delighted with everything they did. I have used many travel companies for customs trips and this is the best one I have dealt with.
