Spain & Portugal Family Trip Review: Kayaking the Algarve, Beaches & Caves, Barcelona Traditional Cooking Class, Cordoba, Granada

Our travel planner promised me that our family vacation to Portugal and Spain would be the trip of a lifetime and he delivered on his commitment in the best way possible.   
The first thing that was special was the time he invested to learn about my family to get a sense of who we were, what we liked, what we wanted, how open we were to different ideas, budget and so on.  Then he began the process of putting together an itinerary and providing different options.  He explained each option to such a wonderful level of detail (what and why) and responded quickly to any feedback.  We must have spent 3 - 4 weeks fine tuning the trip and he was willing to talk anytime that fit with my schedule.  
During the trip he checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was to our expectations. Not just a quick call but genuinely interested in feedback, very warm and caring.   When I needed a change made to one item on the agenda, he was able to accommodate within a few hours and this was on a Sunday.   Where would you get that type of service?  Incredible. 
This travel company may be smaller than other companies but they truly designed and delivered a spectacular vacation for my family.  Thank you!
