Wow!  When we decided to work with this travel company, we didn't know what to expect, since we had always done our travel arrangements by ourselves.  I am so glad we did!  What an amazing experience!  From the moment we spoke with our agent we could feel our stress level going down.  Our agent was patient as she listened to what we had in mind for our trip to Spain.  She immediately got to work helping us plan our dream vacation. Throughout the next few weeks we were in contact daily through email tweaking plans for the trip.  No request we made was too big or two small for our agent. The hotels she booked were beautiful and the personnel at every hotel stellar.  Something new for us was having drivers to do sightseeing and to get us from one city to the next.  What a treat!  Every driver was punctual, courteous, knowledgable and so helpful.  Our agent helped us get a very unique perspective of Spain, everything from big cities like Barcelona and Madrid to the wonderful Rioja wine country and the fascinating Basque region, most notably San Sebastian and Bilbao.  Every arrangement our agent made ran like clockwork.  This does not happen by accident.  It happens when you work with a professional who takes pride in her work and our agent certainly does.  Our agent allowed us to sit back and simply enjoy the trip without worrying about the details.   My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend this travel company to anyone looking for a lovely, stress free vacation.
