Very professional with a personal touch. The itinerary was amazing and was tailored specifically for my needs. They even added in special things to help me celebrate my bday. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and supported by my travel guide the entire trip. I didn't have to think or worry about anything logistically. I was able to focus on enjoying myself.
