Excellent service! Always available through email or phone call. Our travel planner was awesome! He planned our short trip to Switzerland and Spain. It was hassle free. All I had to do was to make that first phone call! We had a minor issue with a hotel chk in in Spain and our planner responded to my email very quickly and fixed the problem. I am definitely going to use them for our next vacation!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All the excursions and tour guides! We only had 8 days to visit 2 countries. Our travel planner made sure we visited all the important tourist destinations.
Surprise upgrades in hotels was very much appreciated! Transfers between cities and countries was hassle free!
Tapas tour and Flamenco dance concert in Seville is something I will cherish forever!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

My only minor complaint would be about a transfer guide who we paid for and he absolutely did nothing. I would probably skip the transfer guides as most of the drivers spoke English and they were very helpful.
