The quality of the detailed itinerary was outstanding. It was extremely easy to follow and the lodgings, points of interest, and transportation information resulted in a trip beyond our expectations . Our trip planner was most helpful and available throughout the trip. We could not have been more pleased with the overall experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The location, convenience and quality of the accommodations; the scenic vistas at Zermatt and Interlaken and the Glacier Express experience were most memorable. The convenience, quality and reliability of the transportation system enabled us to complete the itinerary with ease.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Given our limited time in Switzerland, there was nothing we would have done differently.
For any future international travel, we will certainly consider utilizing Zicasso in preparing our itinerary and coordinating our accomodations and transportation.
