Tahiti & Fiji One-Month Vacation Review: Yasawa Island, Sanasana, Huahine, Denarau Island, Moorea, French Polynesian Cuisine

I would investigate the hotels and make changes. For example, the hotel on Denarau Island in Fiji is fine but hardly feels like Fiji except for the constant Bula greetings. I bet all the big hotels there are likely similar. You might say it’s the opposite of Yasawa .
The resort on Moorea was a disappointment. Although the views are beautiful, there is no beach. There is a nice pier over shallow water which leads to deep water for swimming and viewing sharks around sunset! but no accessible shallow water which suits me. But more important, you really need a car if you stay here. It is very isolated. There is a small grocery store a little more than a km away, but it is a good walk in the hot sun, and taxis are extremely expensive. Restaurants are further away. My bungalow was nice except that I had a significant ant problem which they tried to address. 
The So-called Fiji Culture Trip to Likuri Island was pretty strange after already experienced much better culture and performance. Perhaps I should have checked reviews before the trip.
Without more scheduled activities, 3 days in Tahiti was too long, but how would I know that before going?
