You had some questions in regards to issues with your vouchers that were sent to you before you came to Thailand which I did answer. There was also a communication issue with some of the guides in regards that you had two separate guides. My apologies for this miscommunication and in the future, if there are different guides doing different tours, we will inform both guides of your entire program so there is no overlap. After contacting us we immediately investigated and gave you several options available to do the next day.
There were some hiccups with transfers that were immediately solved after contacting us. We do have a system in place where transfer times get double checked by us and our suppliers and I am in contact with everyone to make sure that these double-checks take place.
We do hope that you had a good holiday and I did get a chance to meet with your partner in Bangkok during the last night of your holidays and it was nice to be able to speak about these issues in person to her.
