Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Thailand was a fantastic place to visit and definitely enjoyed the trip. The initial communication with he travel agency was pretty solid but there were several hiccups throughout the trip. I don't think enough time or attention was given to the cohesiveness and small details of our trip which diminished our experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The canal tour through Bangkok was great as well as the myriad temples we saw in the country.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would spend more time in Bangkok and the south of Thailand.

Thank you very much for posting your review with Zicasso. We never look at reviews in a negative manner but a way that we can change and grow to provide the best service possible to our clients. You had some questions in regards to issues with your vouchers that were sent to you before you came to Thailand which I did answer. There was also a communication issue with some of the guides in regards that you had two separate guides. My apologies for this miscommunication and in the future, if there are different guides doing different tours, we will inform both guides of your entire program so there is no overlap. After contacting us we immediately investigated and gave you several options available to do the next day.

There were some hiccups with transfers that were immediately solved after contacting us. We do have a system in place where transfer times get double checked by us and our suppliers and I am in contact with everyone to make sure that these double-checks take place.

We do hope that you had a good holiday and I did get a chance to meet with your partner in Bangkok during the last night of your holidays and it was nice to be able to speak about these issues in person to her.
