I wanted to follow up on your comment posted with Zicasso.  I just received your Brazil tour reports.  Thank you for the stellar reviews you gave our guides and your in-country experiences.  I agree, our guides are very knowledgeable in nature, culture and history.  I sincerely apologize for the one missed transfer and the inconvenience this caused your family.  The driver was accidently given an incorrect arrival date.  I was happy that our representative in Brazil was immediately made aware of this and was able to personally speak with you, apologize and reconfirm all remaining transfers.  We were happy to reimburse you for the transfer and to also provide an additional gift for your inconvenience.
